Ingredients
2/3 c. cold water
1 can pumpkin
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
( or substitute 2 tsp pumpkin spice for
cinnamon and nutmeg)
Mix together cold water, pumpkin, eggs,
sugar, oil, and beat. Add flour, baking soda, salt cinnamon,
and nutmeg and beat until smooth. Fill an ungreased and
unfloured loaf pan half full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60
minutes.
